Hi, I’m Pippa!
I have an abundance of enthusiasm and a love for teaching children the basics of tennis and introducing them to the sport in an innovative way. With smaller courts, nets, and rackets, and lower bouncing balls specific to each age group, my team of talented coaches and I offer the perfect introduction to the sport. By transforming practice sessions into exciting problem-solving adventures, I make learning fun but also ensure players develop a broad range of skills in a dynamic way.
I have over 20 years of experience in coaching as well as a childcare teaching qualification, representing my county at the national level. I grew up in a tennis household, with my sister reaching UK number 1 in singles and 62 in the world in doubles, playing at all the Grand Slams, which I was very happy to watch…the bonus of being a sister. My mum set up many mini tennis initiatives which are used today around the world and even won an award at Wimbledon for her dedication.
My passion is in grassroots community tennis and working with children from 4-16 years, empowering players to explore and grow their skills while making friends along the way.
